Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Medfield is hereby authorized and directed to transfer by deed, in a form approved by the attorney general, to the Medfield Community Development Corporation certain land in said town for the purpose of providing affordable housing.

Said land is shown on a plan filed in the assessor's office in said town and entitled Assessors Map #42 and is more particularly described as follows:

a) Lot 141 - As described in the Registry of Deeds, Book 2037, Page 435

b) As described in the Land Court Certificate #52219, Book 262, Page 12.

SECTION 2. In consideration of the conveyance provided in section one, the Medfield Community Development Corporation shall pay the town of Medfield the amount of one dollar.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
