Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town treasurer of the town of Weston is hereby authorized to pay from available funds to Assabet Sand and Gravel Company, Inc., the sum of seventeen thousand two hundred and thirty-two dollars and eighty-seven cents for certain materials delivered to said town, notwithstanding the failure of said town to comply with the appropriate provisions of law relative to competitive bidding in the awarding of said contract.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
