Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 93B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "services", in line 13, the following words:- ; provided, however, that fair and adequate compensation shall, for purposes of this section for motorcycles, mopeds and motorized bicycles, be computed at the rate normally charged by the motor vehicle dealer to the public for such labor and materials and shall include a fair charge for diagnostic and test services.

SECTION 2. Said section 6 of said chapter 93B, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 14, the word "parts" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- materials.
