Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Paragraph (2) of section 1-105 of chapter 106 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 14 and 15, the words "Bulk transfers subject to the Article on Bulk Transfers. Section 6-102.".

SECTION 2. Paragraph (4) of section 2-403 of said chapter 106, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 23 and 24, the words ", Bulk Transfers (Article 6)".

SECTION 3. Article six of said chapter one hundred and six is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. Section 9-111 of article nine of said chapter one hundred and six is hereby repealed.

SECTION 5. The provisions of article six of chapter one hundred and six and section 9-111 of said chapter one hundred and six of the General Laws shall apply to all bulk transfers that occurred prior to the effective date of this act.
