CHAPTER 187 AN ACT PROVIDING THAT A CERTAIN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE ISSUED BY THE TOWN OF NORTON SHALL NOT AFFECT THE NUMBER OF LICENSES SAID TOWN MAY ISSUE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises which was authorized by chapter four hundred and thirteen of the acts of nineteen hundred and eighty-three and which was issued to the Produce Barn, Incorporated shall not be considered to have counted or to count as part of the town of Norton's license quota as set forth in section seventeen of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. Said license shall not otherwise affect the license quota for the town of Norton, and the town of Norton is hereby authorized to issue in addition to said license all the licenses allotted to it under the provisions of section seventeen of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the General Laws.
