CHAPTER 216 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF HOLDEN TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN TAX PAYMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Holden is hereby authorized to reimburse Edith Tremblay, from available funds, the sum of one thousand seven hundred and ninety-six dollars and seventy-three cents paid to said town as real estate taxes in error.
