CHAPTER 219 AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES IN TOWNS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 23A of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "secretary", in lines 2 and 4, in each instance, the following words:- or town administrator.
