Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The conservation commission of the town of Andover is hereby authorized to transfer care, custody and control of certain parcels of conservation land located in said town to the board of selectmen to be used for recreational purposes, including but not limited to, playing fields and necessary improvements to said playing fields. Said parcels are shown on Andover's Assessor's Map 117 as lots 15 and 22.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
