CHAPTER 233 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SHREWSBURY TO GRANT AN EASEMENT ON CERTAIN CONSERVATION LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Shrewsbury, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to grant an easement in a certain parcel of park land located in said town to lay and maintain sanitary sewers. Said easement is shown on a plan of land entitled, "Definitive Plan Subdivision of Land in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, Prospect Hill", dated May 13, 1996, and drawn by Land Design Inc., which is on file in the office of the town engineer.
