CHAPTER 240 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CALENDAR OF PRISONERS IN JAILS AND HOUSES OF CORRECTION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of chapter 127 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "book", in line 2, the following words:- or an electrionic computer database.
SECTION 2. Said section 5 of said chapter 127, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "book", in line 7, the following words:- or electronic computer database.
