Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The city of Quincy is hereby authorized to use a certain parcel of land located in said city which was acquired for park purposes for the construction and maintenance of a public school. Said parcel comprising 6.1 acres more or less is shown on a plan of land entitled "outline plan of proposed Victory Park" recorded in the Norfolk registry of deeds as number 1010 of 1926.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
