CHAPTER 246 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE REGULATION OF DOGS IN THE TOWN OF STONEHAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section one hundred and fifty-seven of chapter one hundred and forty of the General Laws, the chief of police of the town of Stoneham or a member of the police department of said town designated by said chief of police shall have the powers and duties assigned to the board of selectmen and chief of police under the provisions of said section one hundred and fifty-seven of said chapter one hundred and forty.
