CHAPTER 268 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING CHILD LABOR LAWS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 63 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended by section 394 of chapter 151 of the acts of 1996, is hereby further amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- Employment of a minor between the ages of sixteen and eighteen in a facility licensed under section twenty-seven of chapter ten or under section three of chapter one hundred and twenty-eight A shall not be determined to be injurious to the morals of minors.

SECTION 2. Section 66 of said chapter 149, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "restaurants", in lines 8 and 9, the following words:- and race tracks.

SECTION 3. Section 67 of said chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 9, the word "ten" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- twelve.
