CHAPTER 283 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE POSITION OF HIGHWAY SURVEYOR IN THE TOWN OF SHIRLEY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the board of selectmen of the town of Shirley shall appoint the highway surveyor in said town.
