Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 4-3 (b) of the charter of the town of Easthampton, which is on file in the office of the archivist of the commonwealth, as required by section twelve of chapter forty-three B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The term of acting town administrator may be extended through subsequent three-month extensions by a unanimous vote of the board of selectmen.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
