Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The conservation commission of the town of Wayland is hereby authorized to transfer to the board of selectmen of said town the care, custody and control of the trail easement and conservation restriction on Parcel 3 as described in a deed recorded with the Middlesex south registry of deeds in Book 14189, Page 80, for the purpose of releasing said trail easement and conservation restriction in consideration of a substantially similar trail easement and conservation restriction, described in section two.

SECTION 2. The substantially similar trail easement and conservation restriction referred to in section one to be conveyed to the town of Wayland is on file in the office of the town clerk of said town together with an associated plan entitled "Plan of Trail Easement in Wayland, MA." prepared for: Swiedler Bldg, Co. Inc., Donald M. Schuler and Joan Blair, Scale: 1 inch = 30 feet, November 17, 1993, Everett M. Brooks Company, 49 Lexington Street, West Newton, Massachusetts 02165.

SECTION 3. The board of selectmen of the town of Wayland is hereby authorized to release the trail easement and conservation restriction on the property to be transferred from the conservation commission of said town described in section one.

SECTION 4. The conservation commission of the town of Wayland is hereby authorized to change the use of all or part of the land within the trail easement and conservation restriction described in section one.
