CHAPTER 327 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CERTAIN LAND FOR EXPANSION OF THE LIBRARY AND OTHER MUNICIPAL USES IN THE TOWN OF ACTON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 603 of the acts of 1985 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the words "town hall parking and septic system" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- use for expansion of the town library or any other municipal.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
