CHAPTER 336 AN ACT RELATIVE TO PRIMARY OFFICERS IN THE CITY OF BOSTON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 31 of chapter 53 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 2 and 3, the words "except in Boston".

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
