CHAPTER 341 AN ACT RELATIVE TO LATE CHARGES ON BI-WEEKLY MORTGAGES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 59 of chapter 183 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "days", in line 6, the following words:- or in the case of a bi-weekly mortgage payment, more than ten days,.
