Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter thirty B of the General Laws, the town of Dedham, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of park land located in said town to R.K. Associates - Marlboro, Inc. Said parcel is shown on a plan drawn by Mistry Associates, Inc., dated March 27, 1996 which is on file in the office of the town clerk.

SECTION 2. The consideration for the conveyance authorized in section one shall be either the fair market value of said parcel or the conveyance by R.K. Associates - Marlboro, Inc. to the town of two parcels of land located in said town and shown on the plan described in section one.
