CHAPTER 347 AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN INTERSECTION IN THE JAMAICA PLAIN SECTION OF THE CITY OF BOSTON AS THE MAX WARBURG MEMORIAL SQUARE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The intersection of Perkins Street and the Jamaicaway in the Jamaica Plain section of the city of Boston shall be designated and known as the Max Warburg Memorial Square in honor of the late Max Warburg. A suitable marker bearing such designation shall be erected thereon by the metropolitan district commission.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
