CHAPTER 361 AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN LAND IN THE TOWN OF FRAMINGHAM.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately provide for the development of certain land in the town of Framingham, therefore it is declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 36 of chapter 85 of the acts of 1994 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Any fee, easement, lease or any other interest in land conveyed pursuant to this section shall be granted to the town of Medfield for nominal consideration only.

SECTION 2. The first sentence of section 2 of chapter 678 of the acts of 1987, as amended by section 2 of chapter 121 of the acts of 1994, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 5, the word "eighty" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- two hundred.
