CHAPTER 38 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CARE OF TREES IN THE CITY OF MEDFORD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the city of Medford is hereby authorized to plant and trim trees on private ways.
