Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of section three of chapter forty of the General Laws, the town of Bedford, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to sell or to lease for a term not to exceed fifty years the old town hall located in said town upon such terms and conditions as said board of selectmen shall deem appropriate.
