CHAPTER 382 AN ACT VALIDATING CERTAIN PROCEEDINGS TAKEN BY THE TOWN OF FALMOUTH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The votes taken by the town of Falmouth under articles twenty-four, twenty-five, twenty-six and twenty-seven of the warrant at its annual town meeting held on April first and second, nineteen hundred and ninety-six, and the votes taken by the town of Falmouth on ballot questions one, two, three and four at its annual town election held on May twenty-first, nineteen hundred and ninety-six, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed, notwithstanding that said election was held more than forty-five days following the date of adoption of said votes at said annual town meeting.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
