CHAPTER 396 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF BUCKLAND TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN TAX PAYMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Buckland is hereby authorized to pay five thousand four hundred eighty-six dollars to Edmund Smith for reimbursement of taxes for fiscal years nineteen hundred and eighty-nine, nineteen hundred and ninety and nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
