Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 12 of chapter 131 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

At such time as the division of fisheries and wildlife has instituted an automated licensing system, the holder of a hunting, fishing, sporting or trapping license shall carry said license on his person and shall not be required to wear it in a visible manner.

SECTION 2. Section 35 of said chapter 131 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The provisions of this section which relate to the wearing of a license shall be in effect until such time as the division of fisheries and wildlife has instituted an automated licensing system for hunting, fishing, sporting and trapping licenses.
