Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The vote passed by the voters of the town of Medway at the election held on May sixth, nineteen hundred and ninety-six to exempt from the provisions of section twenty-one C of chapter fifty-nine of the General Laws the amounts required to pay for the bonds to be issued in order to construct, equip and furnish an addition to the Medway Public Library and to remodel, reconstruct and make extraordinary repairs to the Medway Public Library building is hereby ratified, validated and confirmed notwithstanding any defect or omission in the calling of said election as related to such vote.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
