Session Laws

Be it approved by the Senate and the House of Representatives in General Court assembled, pursuant to Article LXXXVII of the Amendments to the Constitution, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "a stenographer, an assistant to the stenographer" in lines 2 and 3.

SECTION 2. Section 6A of said chapter 6 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the second paragraph.

SECTION 3. Section 17 of said chapter 6 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is further amended by striking out the words "the consumers' council" in line 15.

SECTION 4. Said section 17 of said chapter 6 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is further amended by striking out the words "the advisory council on home and family" in lines 18 and 19.

SECTION 5. Section one hundred and fifteen of said chapter six of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 6. Sections one hundred and fifty-one, one hundred and fifty-two and one hundred and fifty-three of said chapter six of the General Laws, as so appearing, are hereby repealed.

SECTION 7. Section one hundred and sixty-six A of said chapter six of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 8. Section eight of chapter six B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 9. Section thirty-seven A of chapter seven of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 10. Section fifty-nine of chapter fifteen of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 11. Section six of chapter eighteen of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 12. Section nine of chapter nineteen of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 13. Section nine of chapter nineteen B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition and as amended by section eight of chapter five hundred and ninety-nine of the acts of one thousand nine hundred and eighty-six, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 14. Section eleven of said chapter nineteen B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 15. Sections sixteen and seventeen of chapter twenty-one C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, are hereby repealed.

SECTION 16. Section four of chapter twenty-one D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 17. Section eleven E of chapter twenty-three of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 18. Section eleven G of said chapter twenty-three, as so appearing, is amended by striking out the words "and with the advice and guidance of the apprenticeship council," in line 2 and the words "with the approval of the apprenticeship council," in line 3 and the words "of the apprenticeship council and" in line 8.

SECTION 19. Section five of chapter twenty-three B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 20. Section three of chapter twenty-seven of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 21. Section six A of chapter twenty-eight A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 22. Sections three and four of chapter forty E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, are hereby repealed.

SECTION 23. Chapter forty K of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 24. Section one hundred and twenty-two of chapter ninety-four of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 25. Section one hundred and twenty-three of chapter ninety-four, as so appearing, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 26. Section nineteen of chapter one hundred and twenty-eight A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 27. Section fifty of chapter one hundred and thirty-two of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 28. Sections seventy-one H, seventy-one I, seventy-one J, seventy-one K, seventy-one L, seventy-one M and seventy-one N of chapter one hundred and forty-three of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, are hereby repealed.

SECTION 29. Section seventeen of chapter one hundred and fifty-one D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 30. Section 17 of chapter 176H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out the second paragraph in lines 9 through 13.

SECTION 31. Section eighteen of said chapter one hundred and seventy-six H of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 32. Section nine of chapter one hundred and seventy-eight A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 official edition, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 33. Chapter eight hundred and forty-three of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty-nine is hereby repealed.

SECTION 34. Section fifty-four(B) of chapter three hundred and sixty-seven of the acts of nineteen hundred and seventy-eight is hereby repealed.
