CHAPTER 6 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE HYANNIS FIRE DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 313 of the acts of 1984, as amended by section 1 of chapter 419 of the acts of 1993, is hereby further amended by striking out the third paragraph.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its acceptance by a regular or special meeting of the Hyannis Fire District.
