Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Duxbury, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey to Brian J. Ojala and Richard J. Ojala, trustees of the Ojala Trust, a certain portion of a parcel of land located in said town, containing approximately fifty-one hundredths acres shown on the assessor's map of said town as a portion of Lot 110-502-042, acquired for conservation purposes under the jurisdiction of the conservation commission. In consideration of said conveyance, said trustees of said Ojala Trust shall convey to the town of Duxbury a certain parcel of land containing approximately fifty-one hundredths acres shown on said assessor's map as Lot 110-057-000.
