Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The board of commissioners of trust funds of the town of Swampscott, established under the provisions of section 45 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, is hereby abolished.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
