Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The bridge on Boylston street spanning the Boston and Maine railroad tracks
in the city of
Lowell shall be designated and known as the Frank W. Grady Bridge, in honor of
Frank W. Grady and his many years of service to the city of Lowell as city
engineer. The department of highways shall erect and maintain suitable markers
bearing said
designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
