Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The second paragraph of section 134 of chapter 5 of the acts of 1995 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word "Orleans" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- the Orleans area.
