Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The conservation commission of the town of Weston may provide, by rules promulgated under this act, for the imposition of reasonable fees for the employment of outside consultants and shall account for and expend such funds inaccordance with section 53G of chapter 44 of the General Laws.
