Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Winthrop may use a certain parcel of park and recreation land for school purposes. The parcel of land is shown on the town of Winthrop Assessors Map #43, Lot 3.
