Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding chapter 44 of the General Laws, bonds issued by the town of Provincetown for the repair of MacMillan pier shall be payable within a period not to exceed 40 years.
