Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The first sentence of section 5 of chapter 38 of the acts of 1936 is hereby amended by striking out the words "to an amount, not exceeding, in the aggregate, seventy-five thousand nine hundred dollars".
