Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Kingston may release a certain easement under the care and control of the conservation commission of the town over land owned by Roger A. Correira. The easement is shown on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Land in Kingston, Mass.", drawn by Vautrinot and Webby, dated February 8, 1980, recorded in the Plymouth county registry of deeds in Plan Book 21, Page 927.
