Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
A certain parcel of land now known as Pegan Cove in the town of Natick
shall be designated and known as The Tony
Anniballi Memorial Park at Pegan Cove, in honor of the heroic sacrifice of
Private Antonio "Tony" Anniballi, who was shot by a sniper and killed on
August 22, 1944 in France while serving in the United States Army during World
War II. Suitable markers
bearing such designation shall be erected at
the expense of the town of Natick upon review and approval of the department of
conservation and recreation.
