Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "inclusive", in line 278, the following words:- , and any person who has received the Korea Defense Service Medal as established in the Bob Stump National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2003.
