CHAPTER 225 AN ACT RELATIVE TO CREDITABLE SERVICE FOR RETIREMENT TO NON-WORKING MEMBERS OF THE RESERVE POLICE FORCE IN THE CITY OF MALDEN
PrevNextBe it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, no employee of the city of Malden who is a member of the reserve police force shall be granted creditable service by the Malden retirement board toward retirement for time served as a member of said force, except for work actually performed as a member of said force.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.Approved, January 6 , 2012.
