CHAPTER 179 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE MANAGEMENT OF TOWN BUILDINGS, PROPERTIES AND FACILITIES IN THE TOWN OF FOXBORUGH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

SECTION 1. Paragraph (21) of subsection (B) of section 4 of chapter 5 of the acts of 2004 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “trustees”, in line 2, the following words:- , conservation commission.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
