Representative Kevin J. Murphy represents the 18th Middlesex district which is comprised of the Highland and Acre neighborhoods in the city of Lowell. Born and raised in Lowell Massachusetts, Representative Murphy was first elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives in 1996.
